B. 12 Minute EMOM
1st – 5 Overhead Squats
2nd – 10 DB Floor Press

*Bar starts from the floor
*Think more about technique on these EMOMS rather than heaviest weight used

C. For Time
100 Wall Ball Shots

*Score time of completion or max reps
*5 minute time cap
