B. 8 Minute Clock
10-12 Tempo Ring Rows
30 Second Hollow Hold

*Complete as many sets as possible within time cap
*Complete ring rows with a 3-5 second descend on each rep

C. For Time
12 – 9 – 6
Hang Power Snatches
Muscle-ups

F – 75/55 & Kipping or Banded Pull-ups
P – 95/75 & C2B Pull-ups
S – 115/85 & Muscle-ups

*If larger class, go in 2 heats
*8 minute time cap
