Frequency Fitness Mount Pleasant – CrossFit Workout of the Day

A. 15 Minute EMOM
1st – 8 Romanian Deadlift
2nd – 30 Seconds Double Unders
3rd – Rest

*May choose to increase weight as technique remains

B. In 3 minutes or less
Kettlebell Swings
Double Unders (2:1)

*Complete the above 3 times (3 minutes on : 3 minutes off)
*Aim to get the work done in less time each round
*Aim to go heavy on the KBS
