3rd – Rest

B. 3 Minute AMRAP
10 Single-Arm DB Push-Press (R)
10 Single-Arm DB Push-Press (L)
10 Box Jumps
10 Sumo Deadlifts

*Complete the above 3 times (3 minutes on : 3 minutes off)
*Score Rounds and reps for each round
