A. 12 Minute Alternating EMOM
1st – 10 Strict Press
2nd – 10 Push-ups
3rd – 10 Box Dips

B. In 20 Minutes or Less
30 Burpees
40 Air Squats
50 KB Swings
60 Box Jumps
50 KB Swings
40 Air Squats
30 Burpees

F – 20 Inch Box
P – 24 Inch Box
S – 30 Inch Box
