Clean and Jerk Complex:
1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Jerk

*Rest on the second minute / add weight
*Make sure that this does not turn into a cluster
*If in partnerships, have P2 go on the second minute

B. “Grace”
30 reps: Clean and Jerk
