Partner Max Effort Row

*Partners alternate on the rower every 2 minutes (5 rnds each)
*Try to get as many meters as possible in 20 minutes

B. 16 Minute EMOM
1st – 8 Thrusters @95/65
2nd – 24 DU / 48 SU

*Bar starts from the floor and is recieved in the power position
