A. 12 Minute EMOM
1st – 6-8 Strict Weighted C2B
2nd – 3 Pistol Squats (each leg)

Scalable options for C2B: Strict Unweighted, Banded, Negatives
Scalable options for pistols: Shrimp Squats, Pistol Plate Sits

B. 20 Minute AMRAP
4 Pull-ups
4 Burpees
4 Overhead Barbell Lunges
400m Run

*Each round, add 2 reps to each movement
*Barbell lunges should be (first) attempted as forward lunges
