*30 minute clock to find technical rep max
*Beginners focus on technique and work in sets of 5
*May be squat or power clean

B. 12 Minute AMRAP
800m KB Farmers Carry
AMRAP Clean & Jerks

*In Teams of 2
*Partners walk together and alternate reps as they see fit

Beginner – 25lb KB & > 95/65lb
Intermediate – 45/35lb KB & 125/85lb
Advanced – 55lb/45lb KB & 155/105lb
