– 10 Bench Press
– 10 Double-Unders | 20 Single-unders
– 10 Wall Ball Shots

*Every round, increase reps by 2
*Should stick to 1 weight for entire EMOM
*50 sec time cap on each movement within the minute

B. 4 Minute AMRAP
30 Devil Presses
AMRAP Double-unders / Single-unders

*Score total DU/SU + weight used
