2 Rounds For Time:
600m Run
100 Ball Slams
200m Run
100 Wall Ball Shots

*Once athletes have completed the above, they are to complete the following:
– 200 Russian Twists
– 100 Mountain Climbers
– 200 Flutter Kicks
– 100 ABMAT Sit-ups

*35 minute clock
*Athletes run together and alternate reps (both Pt. A & Pt. B)
