Frequency Fitness Mount Pleasant – CrossFit Workout of the Day

A. Barbell Tabata (20 sec on : 10 sec off)
Minute 1 – Strict Press
Minute 2 – Push Press
Minute 3 – Push Jerk
Minute 4 – S2O

*Athletes will perform two 20 second rounds of each movement, then moving on to the next.

S – 35lb/15lb
Rx – 45lb/35lb

B1. 3 Minute AMRAP
20 Strict Press
AMRAP Toes-To-Bar

Rest 3 minutes & add weight to bar

B2. 3 Minute AMRAP
20 Push-Press
AMRAP Pistol Squats

Rest 3 minutes & add weight to bar

B3. 3 Minute AMRAP
20 Push-Jerk
AMRAP Burpees

Scaled – 65-85-105 / 35-55-75
Rx – 95-115-135 / 55-75-95
