CrossFit Frequency is a World-Class program located at Frequency Fitness in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
We have some of CrossFit’s top coaches who teach movements, coach form, educate and inspire group workouts all day long.
Whether you’re 18 or 88 years old, CrossFit Frequency is designed to be scaled to anybody’s needs, regardless of experience or fitness level. We aim to increase your body’s overall efficiency and ability to burn body fat quickly by using the 3 tenets of CrossFit:
- Functional Movements: applicable to real life, making us better at everything we do
- High Intensity: our community-based workout philosophy is proven to help people work harder and achieve their goals more quickly
- Constant Variety: routine is the enemy of results – mixing it up every day keeps the body guessing, builds strength and burns body fat faster than any other type of training
Our program is designed to educate our members and show them how to implement various elements of fitness – including weightlifting, gymnastics (bodyweight movements) and metabolic conditioning.
Using a variety of movements, tempo and intensity we are able to consistently deliver results to our members like they’ve never gotten before.
CrossFit Frequency is divided up into multiple programs based on experience and ability, making it perfect for everyone ready to take that next step toward improving their fitness.
Classes at CrossFit Frequency are similar to personal training in a group environment. Each time you come into our facility you will have experienced eyes on you, ensuring you are properly coached and motivated to push through the workout with correct technique, consistency and intensity.
Using functional equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, agility ladders, jump ropes and an endless supply of creative workout routines, we will keep you anxiously wondering, “What’s next?!” Together we will work hard, feel great and be EXCITED to come back for the next class!
